The rumors around the Samsung Tablet is still coming out and the latest among them is the device will be known as Samsung Galaxy Tab and not Samsung Galaxy tape, as rumored earlier. President of Samsung Mobile Division JK Shin confirms this to Dow Jones that their upcoming tablet will be known as Samsung Galaxy Tab. But he is not ready to reveal any other details except the releasing date. Shin said that the new tablet will be released in Q3 of 2010 and will be powered by Android.

"We are planning to launch a tablet computer called 'Galaxy Tab.' It will be launched no later than the third quarter of this year."
