MacBook Air To Be The Future Model For Laptops?

If the prediction of  NVIDIA CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang going to be true then this thin laptop Macbook air would be futuristic model for laptop manufacturers to adapt and design. The prediction came while speaking to CNET folks while speaking over the phone and here is what he had said. “You’ll have trouble finding one that doesn’t look like the MacBook Air. I think the MacBook Air is a good mental image of what a clamshell laptop will look like. They’ll be thin because you won’t need any heat pipes, the fan, and extra batteries to lug around.” Going by Apple's innovation in the recent years we have reasons to believe that their R&D department is headed in the right course to define the future. Apple's Iphone 4 Won The Best Mobile Device Award At MWC 2011

Apple din't show their product at MWC 2011 but the judges at the show decided that it is better than any of the other products that made their appearance at the show. We all know that the iphone 4 is the best smart phone in the market and all the companies are trying to make products that would compete and better Iphone. Interestingly the show saw some amazing device like Motorola xoom that offered Andriod 3.0 Honeycomb and many would have thought that one such android device would bag the prize. Interesting fact is that the iphone 4 is to complete a year since its launch in a month. An year is a good amount of time in the fast paced technology era where one would wake up to a new device every day. Judges at the show found Iphone 4 to be made with good materials, has a great display and an overall good design that is appealing, also they found the phone friendly to app developer clan.

Motorola Finally Confirms The Price of Xoom At $799

Motorola is serious in the tablet business and this conclusion is derived from the most talked about tablet now, the Motorola Xoom. Motorola unveiled this masterpiece during the MWC 2011 being held now. However the price of the device was not announced and there were speculation that the device would attract a premium price band above $1000. But today Motorola announced that the device will be priced at $799, a much competitive price for a device with Tablet optimized Android 3.0 Honey comb. At this price you will be getting the 32 GB Tablet with 3G data plan from Verizon which will later be upgraded to 4G. If  you are looking for a cheaper version it still is possible in the form of WiFi only version where you just have to pay $600. Xoom is a device with 10.1 WXGA screen which supports  high definition video playback. The processor used is 1 GHZ dual core Tegra 2. Others features include a front facing camera of 2 MP for video chat and a rear camera of 5MP with 720 Px video recording....

HTC Flyer At MWC 2011

The tablet space is really heating up in the recent week as we approached the much awaited MWC 2011. As expected there are quiet a few tablets unvieled this time in the MWC. One of the most anticipated device for the show too were unvieled today. The 7-inch tablet from HTC, the HTC flyer is a device which can be termed a streched smart phone. However as opposed to earlier expections of the device to carry the android honeycomb, the flyer will run a lower version of android. But no need to get disappointed because HTC flyer is offering Android 2.4 Ginger bread while most tablets being launched is sticking to 2.2 Froyo. Other features are also good.The  design is made in such a way to give thinner feel and the body is mostly plastic and aluminium. The Tablet which powered by 1.5GHz processor has Bluetooth 3.0+HS, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a good number of sensors, such as a light sensor, gyroscope,and digital compass.The main camera a the rear is a 5 Mega pixel one, but there is no flash attached....

HTC Incredible S Unveiled at MWC 2011

It is good to have a big screen especially when you are using a smart phone with great cameras fitted to it. This makes the picture shoot easy and when you have a great video recording option at 720px the quality and size of the display should be at least 4 inches. We are talking about the newly unveiled super phone of HTC, the incredible S. The phone is feature rich  and is unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2011 being held now. The phone has an "inside out"angular styling and has two cameras in the rear and front. The rear camera which is of superior quality catches stills at 8 px and the video recording is done at 720 px. The front facing camera which can be used for web chat and video conferencing is a 1.3 MP one.
