Lenovo IdeaTab S2109 Receives FCC Certification

Waiting for an interesting tablet? Then  there is a happy news for you. The Lenovo IdeaTab S2109, a 9.7-inch tablet with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution screen receives FCC approval now, and seems to be entering the market soon. The launch of the device will offer one more Android tablet option for the customers.

The 9.7-inch screen of the device offers 4:3 aspect ratio which is rare in Android tablets. The 4:3 aspect ratio for the screen is pretty good for watching movies, reading books or surfing internet.

Apart from the interesting design, the device offers 1 GHz TI OMAP 4 dual core processor. The economical tablets like Amazon Kindle Fire and Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet, are also powered by the same processor.

Lenovo is offering the device for pre-order now from company's official website, and the price tag is set at $389 for 8GB model, and it seems like the device is rather pricey when compared to others.
