Google has confirmed that it will allow voice calls to phones from gmail  and it will be free if the calls are to U.S and Canada. While the scheme is initially available only for the users in U.S, the folks at Google are working on the possibilities in other countries as well. International calls is also possible at rates as low as $0.02, however this amount is relative and might vary from country to country. In an interview with Wall Street Journal LG's Vice President of Marketing, Chang Ma, has claimed that his company's new Tablet "Android Optimus" will be a device better than Ipad - A claim that many market analysts would consider interesting. Chang Ma however did not mention any of the specification of the device. The claims made by Chang Ma is considered as an attempt of the company to create a hype on the upcoming device.
