The folks at Sam Mobile uploaded some screen shots to prove the existence of the features, and it won't be called as Eye Scroll and Eye Pause, rather Samsung names those interesting features as 'Smart Scroll and Smart Pause.'
According to the source, there is one more feature in the device called Smart Rotation that will adjust the screen’s orientation to your angle of sight.
