Samsung’s SCH-R900 The First LTE Phone Is Approved By FCC


Samsung SCH-R900 the first LTE handset in the US now got the approval from FCC. The device already had appeared at CTIA in the beginning of this year. The SCH-R900 is launched in U.S by MetroPCs.


This latest handset from Samsung is CDMA compatible and supports 802.11 b/g WiFi, 850 and 1900 CDMA/EVDO frequencies and MetroPCS’s 1700 AWS frequency, and also offers Bluetooth. No other specification details about the device is available now.


As Metro PCs plan to launch the device in the Q2 of 2010, you can expect the device soon in your hands.
