An affordable version of Galaxy S II had been doing rounds for some time now. And we have it now in the form of Galaxy Z. Many blogs preferred to call it a younger brother to the Galaxy S II. Looks are identical and has impressive specs for an affordable phone.

The screen is 4.3 inch LCD and the runs using 1GHz dual-core processor (most probably Tegra 2). Operating system of the device is Android 2.3 and has a 5 MP camera. Other specifications include WIFI Connectivity, LED flash, Global Positioning, FM Radio, 8 GB internal memory, SD memory slot expandable up to 32 GB.
This device was spotted in Tre website of Sweden and is available for a price of 3,995 Swedish kronor which is an equivalent of US$630. Not too cheap as in reports, but could change with regions and would not be an exact money conversion rate in other parts of the world.
