Alcatel launches not one but three new android smartphones at IFA, Berlin 2013. They are named Alcatel One Touch Idol Alpha, One Touch Idol S and One Touch Idol Mini. The phones were already listed in the Alcatel site few days backs.

The difference between Idol Alpha and Idol S is the Processor. Alpha phone is powered by a quad core processor while Idol S is powered by a dual core processor. Alpha boasts 2 GB of RAM while Idol features a 1GB RAM. Idol Alpha has a superior 12.1 MP rear camera while the rear camera in Idol S is 8 MP. The screen size are resolution are identical in both phones. Both phones features 4.7 inch IPS HD display (720x1280 pixels). Internal storage of Alpha is 16 GB while that of Idol S is 4G expandable up to 32 GB using microSD card.
Idol mini is a smaller phone with 4.3-inch FWVGA display (480x854 pixels). The processor, however, is a 1.3GHz dual-core processor. RAM size is less at 512 MB. The phone comes in Single and double SIM Variants.

The price of the Idol phones are not yet revealed by the company. One Touch Idol S and Idol mini will be rolled out this month itself. The One Touch Idol Alpha is expected to roll out during the 4th quarter of 2013.
