Even though the 7-Inch Android based Samsung Galaxy Tab is not yet go on sale the rumors on the web suggest that the company started working for the successor for Galaxy Tab. The device will be coming with 10-inch or 6-inch display and will be possibly powered with with NVIDIA Tegra chip and also it will be based on Google Honey Comb.
Not much details available about the device. It is expected to release in second quarter of 2011.
