Verizon announced their first Windows Phone 7 device HTC Trophy today. But by announcing HTC HD7S, AT&T is few more step further as this is the fourth Windows Phone 7 based device from the carrier. HD 7S is already available from T-Mobile, but the device is hitting AT&T with some nice upgradation.
The screen is changed from standard LCD to a Super LCD screen offering you sharper and easier-to-read display. The device also supports different 3G frequencies. Apart from that AT&T HD7S is similar to the one which is available from T-Mobile, 4.3-inch touchscreen, 1GHz processor, and a 5-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash.
