7-Inch Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A Clears FCC

The tremendous success of any device, makes others to follow them, and this trend in the industry still continues. The recent success of Amazon's budget friendly 7-inch Kindle Fire and Google's affordable Nexus 7 tablets makes other manufacturers to look seriously into the economical 7-inch tablet space.



Now a new device from the Chinese manufacturer Lenovo spend some great time with the folks over FCC. The new FCC visitor, Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A is a 7-inch device with the power of single-core 1GHz Mediatek MT6620P processor. The display offers 1024 x 600 resolution, and there will be a 1GB of RAM under the hood. The tablet is coming in both 8GB and 16GB versions with Wi-Fi only version. TA2107A houses a 3700 mAh battery. There will be a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera.


Other details like pricing and availability are not known, but one thing is sure that the price tag won't be higher than $199 which is the starting price tag for Google's Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire.
