Sandisk and Toshiba in a joint venture is about to release a flash Drive which they claim will be the world's smallest NAND flash memory chip. In a press release today the company announced the 19nm 64-gigabit X2 memory chip. The flash drive is  made of the most advanced memory process technology node in the world. Company will be sampling the 19nm 64Gb X2  monolithic device during this quarter itself and the mass manufacturing is scheduled during the second half of 2011. The press release went on to say that the latest innovation would enable Sandisk to create embedded and removable compact storage devices with high capacities which is used in latest mobiles and tablets using small form factor. The LTE enabled Samsung Droid Charge is in news for the past few months, and it seems like the launching of this device is not so far. Even though there is no official announcement from the carrier, the Droid Charge spotted at Walmart's website. Earlier rumors suggested that this LTE powered smart phone will be hitting on April 14. Samsung announced today that the WiFi only version of the 7 inch Galaxy tab will be available for purchase from $349.99. All other features will be same as in the standard version of the product. President of Samsung Mobile Dale Sohn today said that his company is excited to have the Wifi only Samsung Galaxy Tab join their growing portfolio of Galaxy branded devices. He continued to say that the 7 inch Galaxy tab is the only mobile tablet in the market now and that the device enables users to hold it comfortably in one hand while type or navigate through the web using the other. The unnamed WebOS device from HP caught in wild, makes a hot news today. PreCentral got a cople of photos of the upcoming WebOS device. According to them the device seems to be a keyboard less one with 480 x 800 pixel screen resolution and got a thin design.There is also a front facing camera in the device and most likely this could be a proximity sensor. Sony was silent on the tablet front when its rivals releasing iPad competing tablets, but now it seems like that the company is going to break the silence. Howard Stringer, CEO of Sony revealed that their Android tablet will start shipping in this summer itself. The news about the Sony tablet with a unique ‘wrap’ design was already leaked, and Kaz Hirai the company executive of Sony announced at CES 2011 that they are seriously working on a tablet. Now According to Nikkie, the famous japanese news paper and the reports from Bloomberg , the tablet will be hitting the markets in this summer and using Nvidia Tegra chips. Dell introduced two new models in their Inspiration series of laptops. The newly announced Inspiron M102z is powered up with AMD's first Fusion platform - Brazos. Samsung Droid Charge and HTC Droid Incredible 2, supposed to be hitting Verizon next month, seems to be little bit pricey? According to the  leaked details , the Droid Charge should cost $299. Hopefully this may be come down to $249 or even $199 with instant discounts.
