Sony was silent on the tablet front when its rivals releasing iPad competing tablets, but now it seems like that the company is going to break the silence. Howard Stringer, CEO of Sony revealed that their Android tablet will start shipping in this summer itself. The news about the Sony tablet with a unique ‘wrap’ design was already leaked, and Kaz Hirai the company executive of Sony announced at CES 2011 that they are seriously working on a tablet.
Now According to Nikkie, the famous japanese news paper and the reports from Bloomberg, the tablet will be hitting the markets in this summer and using Nvidia Tegra chips. No other specifications available.
So Sony lovers put their hands on the Android 3.0 powered tablet by the end of September.
