Another Name Change For Toshiba's New Excite Tab And A March 6 Launch

The device had more than one name changes in the past. First we heard it Toshiba AT200, then it was Excite X10 and now finally it is Toshiba Excite 10 LE. The launch date of the tab is expected on March 6 so we expect the name to be final for the device. However the date somehow coincides with an expected mega release predicted by the industry watchers from Apple -- the Apple iPad 3. Talking about the Toshiba Excite 10 LE, the device has 10.1 in backlit LED display of 1280 x 800 resolution. There will be price variants according the storage capacity of the device. The 16 GB version would cost the buyer $530 and the 32 GB version will be sold for $600. HTC One X Goes Official At MWC

As expected HTC unveiled a trio of new devices in their One series of smartphones, and the HTC One X, a flagship device is among them. HTC has packed the device with Tegra 3 quadcore+1 processor. It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0 on top. The device offers you 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 Super-LCD display, 1 GB of RAM, 8 MP autofocus camera with LED flash and backside-illuminated sensor, 1080p full HD video recording, and the ability to capture a photo while recording a video. There is no external storage option given, as it comes with built-in 32GB of storage. Panasonic Officially Announced Eluga Power

Panasonic's Eluga is now super sized and gets a 'Power' tag. Yes, the company announced their latest smartphone Eluga Power, a bigger and better Eluga ( a lighter 4.3-inch handset from the company with 1GHz OMAP 4 processor, announced by the company recently) . Nokia Lumia 610 Is Official Now And Lumia 900 LTE To Cross Border To Canada

After some leaks here and there Nokia finally announced Lumia 610 at the MWC 2012 venue. The device is expected to be launched in Q2 this year and will carry a price tag of 189 Euros. The device runs a Wndows 7.5 Operating System and is powered using 800MHz single-core Snapdragon S1 processor. Other specifications includes a 3.7 inch TFT LCD display, 256 MB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The phone weighs 131.5 grams and has 119mm x 62mm x 12mm dimensions. Nokia Announces A New 41-megapixel Camera Phone Nokia 808 Pureview

As the name indicates Nokia Pure view is focused on imaging. An extra focus is given to the camera which offers an incredible 41 MP imagery through some innovative doings from Nokia's famed research scientists. But this smart phone isn't just that as it runs on a 1.3GHz single-core chip. OS is Nokia's own Symbian Belle and the other specifications include corner to corner 4-inch display, 512 MB RAM, 16 GB internal storage which is expandable, HSPA 14.4Mbps etc.The camera uses Carl Zeiss-lens fro extra clarity. Nokia Asha 302 Images Leaked

Just ahead of MWC, photos of one of the unannounced device from Nokia, Nokia Asha 302 popped up over the web. The hands-on video was posted by Itproportal, and according to the source the device may be showcased on MWC at Nokia's stall. From the pictures it is clear that, the device sports a Full QWERTY keyboard and coming with a metal back cover. The phone is said to run on Series 40 OS and sports a 3.2 mega pixel camera. Samsung Announced Galaxy Tab 2 With Android ICS

Just before the MWC Samsung officially announced the Galaxy Tab 2, a minor upgrade of Galaxy Tab which was a flagship device of the company in 2011. The device features a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280x800, dual core 1 GHz processor (but not confirmed which processor is used to power the device), 3 MP rear camera with LED, a VGA on the front and  support 21Mbps HSPA+ internationally and also on the bands used by AT&T and major Canadian carriers. Apart from all these specifications the device gets a slighter redesign, may be they don't want any more patent litigation with Apple. The tablet runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and also comes in 16GB and 32GB of storage options along with a micro SDHC slot for more storage. ZTE Is All Set To Rock At MWC With Eight New Devices Including Android And WP

The Chinese manufacturer ZTE is all set for MWC with almost eight new devices, powered with multi-core processors running later versions of Android and WP. In the path of their ambition to "become included in a top three handset provider by 2015,"  they are taking this MWC 2012 a venue to showcase their latest exciting devices. Top of the list includes Mimosa X, ZTE PF200 and ZTE N910 introduced by the company earlier this week. All three devices runs on Android 4.0 ICS but according to the official reports the most exciting flagship handset is yet to be revealed, and ZTE is not ready to break the mystery around this quad -core power house. LG Officially Unveils Optimus 3D Max Aka 3D Cube

Picture Of New AT&T Samsung Rugby Smart Leaked

New Rugby Smart, an entry level smartphone from Samsung pictured. We first heard about the device in last September and the device was supposed to hit the market by February 18, but that did not happen. Now the leaked pictures of this ruggedized smartphone indicates that the device is on its way to market, and we can see the device soon. But still we don't have any confirmed know how about when this phone finally makes it way to AT&T stores.   The AT&T  bound Samsung Rugby Smart offers you a 800×480 touchscreen,  Class 10 HSPA 3G, 512 MB of RAM, 1,650 mAh battery and runs Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. Huawei is not only making super slim smartphones, but they proved that they can also create super slim tablets for you. Yes, we are talking about none other than Huawei MediaPad 10.1 (the name is not confirmed yet). Apple iPad 3 To Sports Narrow Bezel With Larger Camera?

Yesterday we saw the news of the upcoming iPad 3 that it will sport a larger camera with 8MP resolution. Now it seems as if the rumor is almost confirmed. One more source named MIC Gadget posted an image of the next iteration of iPad-- the most awaited iPad 3. In the image, we can see little bit thicker and slightly redesigned tablet compared to its previous version -- iPad2. ViewSonic 10-inch Windows 8 Tablet To Be Launched In Q2 Of 2012

If you are waiting for Windows 8 based tablets, then your list is expanded with one more tablet. Toshiba AT200 Excite Available Now In UK

Toshiba's AT200 Excite tablet, the thinner 10-inch Android tablet from the manufacturer is available now. The device is available only in UK now, and the Toshiba's USA fans have to wait some more time to put their hands on the device. The UK retailer Carphone Warehouse is now offering the device in UK, and they have listed two models of the device, 16 GB and 32 GB model both with Wi-Fi connectivity, and there is no 3G model available now. The 10-inch Android device is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 CPU and housed 1GB of RAM and 16GB to 32GB of storage. The pictures of this 4-inch device, codenamed as LG Miracle, leaked over the web and is  spotted by a XDA member who got this from a Romanian LG tester who sold the device allegedly. Nokia Lumina 900 White Accidently Appeared On The Web

Yesterday Nokia's Lumina 800 got a white touch. Just after officially announcing the White version of Lumina 800, the photos of Lumina 900 appeared over the web. This successor of Nokia 800, announced back in CES last month appeared along with the photos of Nokia Lumina 800, in their Facebook page. According to the source, this may be a international variant of Nokia Lumina 900, or may be designed to carriers other than AT&T. The white version of Nokia Lumia 800, Nokia's successfully running Windows Phone goes official now. Nokia 801 Belle Powered Smartphone Leaked

Even though the Symbian powered smartphones from Nokia, is not a great success, the Finnish manufacturers are coming with one more smartphone in this category. Code named as Nokia 801, a Symbian Belle powered smartphone, popped up over Smartphone Geek website. The new device, from the picture below, resembles very much like the N9 and the Lumia 800. Microsoft Dropping Start Button In Windows 8 User Interface

Microsoft is performing a face lift on their windows operating system. Among the many changes is this important doing away of the legendary "start" button. "Start" button was there on every windows operating systems since the introduction of the same in Windows 95. Normal windows users used this button mainly to access the control panel, accessories and other installed programs. "Hot corner" is what Microsoft considers a replacement for the Start menu which usually resides on the left hand side bottom corner of Windows user interfaces. Hot corner facilitates similar user experience. When the user touches or clicks on any of the four corners of the interface a menu similar to what we usually find after clicking the start button can be obtained using this "Hot corner" system. However the live bar however continues to perform in  the Windows 8. The screen shot of the interface is obtained from PC beta which indicates the removal of the button.
