As promised earlier, Verizon officially announced, Samsung Gusto 2 an entry level mobile device for a reasonable price. Verizon is offering the device starting from today for a price of $79.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a 2-year contract.
Samsung Gusto 2 is a flip phone with 2" 128x160 pixel internal display, 1" 96x96 pixel external display, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, shortcut key etc. The phone offers access to Verizon apps like Verizon Tones, VZNavigator, Verizon Tones, Mobile E-Mail etc. The device is packed up with a 1000 mAh battery that offers 7 hours of talk time, or 14 days of standby time on a full charge.
It is coming with an interesting feature called called Fake Call that let's you to set up a pseudo-call to help you to escape unwanted social situations.
