Samsung introduced one of their cheapest dual SIM touch screen devices, named Champ Neo Duos GT-C3262. If you are expecting a smartphone experience from the device, you will be disappointed, as the new device is not a smartphone, it's just a touch screen device for those new to touch screen.
The device offers a 2.4 inch QVGA display, suitable for the small device lovers, that perfectly fit in your hands. The device also offers VGA rear camera, ChatOn, MicroSD card support (up to 32GB), 3.5mm headset jack, and a 1,000 mAh battery.
