Last week we spotted SZ901P from Foxconn at FCC and now a successor for this model, SZ901 with a SYNET51601X model number and Sylvania brand made its journey through FCC.
The appearance of this new device seems little boring. But the major attraction is the FoxOS Linux operating system. From one of the screen shots, the device appears to have a Mac style launcher. There is an unusual menu stuck in the middle of the desktop. Windows XP drivers are provided and also there is a SIM card slot for the 3G access.
The netbook is being launched in US and branded as Sylvania netbook.
