BlackBerry PlayBook 4G LTE Spotted In The Wild

As the BlackBerry PlayBook approaches it's first birthday, it seems like an 4G LTE version of the device is on the way to market. RIM already announced that they would launch 3G/HSPA+ and 4G PlayBooks in the future, and recently an LTE and HSPA+ versions of the PlayBook visited FCC. Now a forum member over CrackBerry posted some "alleged" photos of what is called BlackBerry 4G PlayBook.


The device looks almost similar to the Wi-Fi model, released last year, except the BlackBerry 4G PlayBook label on the side of the device and the SIM card slot. We can also see some difference in software side also, the photos posted over the forums details a Mobile Network option and also RIM’s BlackBerry Messenger software on board as well.


All in all the rumors and leaks points to a 4G LTE version of the PlayBook in near future. So if you are a die hard BlackBerry fan, and want to enjoy the 4G speed, set your wallet now.
