Eco Friendly LG Optimus Elite Headed To Sprint For April 22 Release

One more device is joining the Sprint's April 22 releasing list, following LG Viper 4G LTE and the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. And the latest one to join on April 22 family is also from LG -- LG Optimus Elite, an eco friendly middle range device packed without any potentially hazardous materials.


The device is packed with 50% recycled plastics, along with a "charger that exceeds the EC Code of Conduct on energy efficiency when it comes to no-load consumption."


Apart from its eco-friendly features the device is coming with a 3.5 inch HVGA display, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an 800MHz processor, 5MP rear camera, 50GB of free cloud storage, and the regular connectivity options like Wi-Fi, NFC along with Google Wallet support.


Sprint is offering the device in two color models  -- white and silver, and as we said it will be available from April 22 for a price of $29.99 with a new 2-yr agreement, and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
