Lenovo seems to be putting their legs deep into the tablet markets by cooking up a number of tablets. The company is planning to launch tablets for both consumer and enterprise users.
The devices appears to be 10-inch tablets according to WSJ and will be running on Google's Android OS. The consumer version is planned to be launched in this summer itself and will be called either LePad or Idea Pad K1.
We can see the device anytime in July. The enterprise oriented device will be launched later this year and will be under company's ThinkPad series of professional line up. Good news for ThinkPad lovers as they can see their favourite device in the tablet form.
The 10-inch Android tablets may cost between $450 and $900.
Both devices are Windows based tablets. The company is also planning to launch 7-inch tablets for some specific user. No idea when these tablets are going to hit the markets, but expected to be hit in this year itself.
