Sony's Dual-screen Sony S2 tablet with HSPA+ Spotted At FCC

Sony has always remained unique in their product listings and they maintained a silence about a Sony tablet that we expected for quite some time. Even after each and every manufacturer in electronic industry launched atleast two or three versions of their tablet there were absolutely no news about a Sony Tablet hitting the market. But you might as well aware now of the fact that they broke their silence by announcing 2 tablets S1 and S2 back in April.


Now the dual screen Android tablet S2 from Sony made its way to FCC and pickes up the approval. The device is suppoes to starts its shipping from this fall ( starting from September) along with 9.7-inch S1.



The U.S model of the device is coming with a model number of “SGPT211US” and supports 850 / 1900MHz 3G bands seems to be go with AT&T and also asupports cellular modem that is“SGPT211US” with 850 / 1900MHz 3G bands ready to go with AT&T along with a cellular that’s capable of HSPA+ “4G” speeds.



The device is coming with a removable battery. Cool right? Sony S2 got a Nvidia Tegra 2 processor power and 5.5-inch dual touch screens each with a 1024 x 480 resolution, Android 3.0 3G/4G and WiFi only models also. But except this there is no other specification of the device available now.
