Court Documents Reveals The Details On Samsung's Plans On 11.8-Inch High Resolution Tablet

Just yesterday the court documents on Samsung Vs Apple trial revealed the details on the upcoming Windows Phone 8 smartphones,  Odyssey & Macro , and today the documents on the trial revealed one more device from Samsung's pipeline. The newly revealed device is a tablet, named P10, and is presented by Samsung as a 2012 product. The tablet P10 sports a breath taking 11.8-inch display that sports a resolution of 2560 x 1600 (WQXGA) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The high resolution screen seems to almost match the Apple's Retina display on their latest iPad. The device also support 4G LTE. Samsung's plan on a higher resolution tablet with a larger display is not a new thing, in fact the folks over at BGR already reported on this device back in last December, and was expected to showcase the 11.8-inch tablet with Exynos 5250 processor at MWC 2012, but that did not happened. AT&T Officially Launches Rugged Pantech Renue For $69.99 On Contract

Just two days ago we spotted QWERTY keypad smartphone from Pantech, the  Pantech Star Q with a dual core processor, on its way to join Verizon Wireless's 4G LTE network. Now the company introduced one more QWERTY keypad device, and this time the device is headed to AT&T. Pantech officially introduced this messaging smartphone, Pantech Renue in US, and it seems to be an entry level smartphone. AT&T is offering the device for $69.99 on contract (after a $50 mail-in rebate). It features a four row sliding keypad, for those who are really stuck with a physical keypad. Pantech designed the device as a rugged one, meeting military standard 810G, and offers protection from sand, dust, humidity, temperature, radiation, vibration etc. The company uses 67% recyclable materials to finish the device, while packing 95% “recycled paper and non-POV soy ink.” The Renue offers a 3.2 inch QVGA touchscreen display, 3MP rear camera, Qualcomm’s Brew Mobile Platform, full Web browser, HSDPA etc....

Sony Xperia J Leaks Ahead Of Launch, Shows Its Colorful Backside

Sony Xperia J is an entry level Android smartphone from Sony. The device is expected to break its cover by the end of August, at IFA, this year. Now it has appeared in a picture, showing its back side. The Xperia J will be coming in three attractive colors, pink, white and black. Being an entry level smaprtphone, the device features a 1GHz Scorpion processor (Qualcomm MSM7227(GSM)/MSM7627(CDMA) Snapdragon S1 chipset) and an Adreno 200 GPU, a 4-inch WVGA TFT display with 540 x 960 resolution, Android 4.0.4 ICS, 512MB of RAM, etc. The handset also offers a full range of connectivity including Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G with HSPA and Bluetooth. Asus TF600T Windows 8 Tablet Hits FCC,

A new tablet from Asus visited FCC recently, with a model number but without revealing much details. The model number resembles to that of Asus Tablet 600, showcased by the company back in Taipei at Computex. Anyway a new tablet has knocked the FCC doors which will be running on Windows 8 platform, and more preciously Windows 8 RT, as will be an ARM based tablet. The FCC documents reveals that the tablet will boast a 10-inch + Super IPS display with 1,366 x 768 pixels resolution. Quad core Tegra 3 will be the power house in the system.Asus TF600T also offers rich networking options including Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11b/g/n WiFi and NFC connectivity. The device showcased by Asus during the Computex, Asus Tablet 600, sports a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and is also equipped with a 2MP front and 8 MP rear cameras. Samsung 'Odyssey' and 'Marco', Dual Core Windows Phone 8 Devices Revealed In A Court Document

Samsung has already announced their commitment to the upcoming Windows Phone 8 mobile OS from Microsoft, and will be one of the first manufacturers to be presenting the Windows Phone 8 device to market. Now the Apple Vs Samsung war has revealed two new upcoming Windows smartphone from Samsung. The court documents submitted as a part of the case, gives an insight to the the two unannounced Windows 8 devices from Samsung, named as Odyssey and Marco. The documents reveals some of the specifications of the devices. Pantech Marauder With 4G LTE & Android ICS Coming To Verizon

A new device from Pantech is set to hit the 4G LTE network of the biggest network provider in US. The device dubbed as Marauder, seems to be on its way to Verizon, and we expect to see the device soon in the future. Even though the complete details on the device is not available, according to the source Phone Arena, the device will be a mid range one with the power of 4G LTE. Asus Announced 27" Asus VG278HE 3D Monitors

Asus has introduced a new 27-inch 3D monitor, named VG278HE. This new member in the VG series of monitors offers something more interesting than rest of the devices. It sports a 144 Hz refresh rate, that adds 24 frames per second to 120 Hz display output, and offers a smooth 3D gaming. Motorola Officially Announced Photon Q 4G LTE For Sprint

Motorola officially announced the oft-rumored Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE for Sprint. The device will carry a tag the first 4G LTE capable ‘global roaming device’ and also it will be the first 4G LTE smartphone with a physical QWERTY keyboard, from Sprint. As it is a global roaming device you can use it anywhere in the world. Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, an 8 MP rear camera with 1080p Full HD video recording and there is also a front facing camera for video chat. The device runs on a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.0.4 ICS is the OS used in the system. It also support NFC and there is also an included Sprint ID. HTC Made Facebook Phone Pushed To 2013

It's already rumored that Facebook is prepping to check their luck on smaprtphone space also, and they are planning to introduce a new smartphone by this year itself. Now the reports says that the HTC made Facebook smartphone is pushed back in to 2013. We will see the Facebook smartphone by the mid of 2013, says Bloomberg. The delay, according to the source, is because HTC want to concentrate more on products in their pipe line. Qualcomm just launched a new developer tablet, with their latest generation processor. The 1.5 GHz S4 Pro APQ8064 processor used to power the tablet is the first quadcore processor from the company. Qualcomm however has set a huge price tag for the tablet, and is targeted not for consumer oriented market, but it is specifically designed for developers, who want to test their apps on the new processor and also for hardware manufacturers to check how the processor works on the reference tablet. Sony Xperia LT30p Mint Gets Previewed, 4.3" HD Display, 13 MP Camera & Much More

A new unannounced smartphone from Sony, the Mint LT30p was spotted, and it seems to be a contestant for August 29 event. The folks over at Mobile Review in Russia previewed the device and says that the device is now just a prototype version., and is flagship device from the company for the year 2012. The smartphone is taking its power from a dual core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 with Adreno 225 GPU and runs on Android 4.0 ICS. It offers an exciting 13 MP rear shooter. The device seems to be coming with a unibody design, and less curvaceous on the sides. The battery seems to be non removable. The phone features a 4.3-inch HD display with 1280x720 resolution. There is also a 1GB of RAM, microSD card slot and SIM card slot. It measures just 0.35-inches thin and weighs under 5 ounces only. Samsung SGH-i547 Spotted At FCC

The folks over at FCC, got a chance to play with a new smartphone, from Samsung. The new device with a codename SGH-i547 has done it's things at FCC. There is not much more details available about the device, however the FCC filing reveals some details on the device. The SGH-i547 seems to be targeted at AT&T, as the device sports AT&T friendly flavor of 4G LTE. The device offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and microSD card support too. The source PocketNow reports that, the device will be a mid-range one, as they managed to get the UA Profile for the device, that reveals a WVGA (480×800) resolution touchscreen of the device. Sony Set To Launch The New Range Of Xperia Smartphone On August 29

It seems like that Sony is set to rock at this IFA. The company is now sending invitations for the press event on August 29, in Berlin Germany, ahead of IFA 2012. The invitations does not specify any details on the device which is going to see the limelight, but the rumors are rounding on the new range of Xperia phones from Sony. Sony LT29i Hayabusa, the Xperia J, and the Xperia SL are all there in the list of possible candidates. We also don't have any idea whether the new xperia will be coming with Android 4.1 JellyBean preloaded, on the same day it is launched. Ok just wait and what Sony is planning for us on the event.

Huawei introduced a new 7-inch Android tablet dubbed as MediaPad 7 Lite. The new tablet features an ultra thin metal unibody design with silvery aluminium alloy and a number of advanced features. The device sports a light profile, and offers a 7 inch full HD display with a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution that can support 1080p video playback. The company has also included a rear camera, Wi-Fi, 3G cellular voice, SMS, MMS, etc. The tablet runs on Android 4.0 ICS. The company has not revealed any further details on the device. Lenovo introduced a 10-inch Android tablet IdeaTab S2110 at the start of this year, and it took nearly six months to hit the market. The device is now available for purchase and carries a price tag starting from $343.20 and up. Earlier the company had listed the device for $569 for the tablet and docking station combo, and $449 for tablet itself. For the starting price you will get a 16GB storage, and a 32GB version is available for $375.20. For $399.20 you will get an additional docking keyboard and a 16GB storage, and $431.20 is what you’ll need to pay to get the 32GB tablet together with the keyboard dock. 4G LTE BlackBerry PlayBook To Hit On July 31 For $550

The new version of BlackBerry PlayBook, with the power of 4G LTE is set to hit the market. The latest reports on the web points that RIM will be launching the new version of the tablet on July 31 in Canada. The new tablet will be coming with a price tag of $550, and offering not only the goodness of 4G LTE, but a powerful 1.5 GHz processor, instead of 1GHz processor. But the 4G LTE PlayBook will only come in a 32 GB of storage version, and there won't be any 16GB or 64GB versions as in original PlayBook. Rest of the features seems to be unchanged including a 7-inch 1024 x 600 pixel display, 5 MP rear camera, and a 3 MP front facing camera etc. I wonder why RIM is still sticking on the same resolution, as most of the tablet makers are trying to offer much higher resolution displays along with some premium features, that also for a lower price tag. Sprint’s Samsung SPH-L300 Smile At Camera

Just few days ago, the Sprint friendly  Samsung SPH-L300 cleared its FCC tests , and now the device got pictured again, making  it closer to the launch. The new sets of leaked images, clearly shows the device in full and being compared with HTC's One X. The device will be going to known as Samsung Gogh. We don't know whether the device will carry the name until its launch or its just a codename for now. Verizon Bounded Samsung Galaxy Stellar Spotted

Verizon is set to hit one more smartphone from Samsung. Though there is no information on the specifications of the device, it appeared on a rebate form from Verizon. The newly spotted device carries a name Galaxy Stellar, and keeps all other details a mystery. From the form it can be seen that the device is going to be sold with a $50 mail-in rebate. No further information is available right now on whether it will be a mid range or high-tech one. What will be the features included in the device are also yet to be known. But according to the folks at Droid Life, the newly spotted Galaxy Stellar may be a mid range device and there is a chance that Galaxy Stellar is the same Jasper that we spotted recently. Verizon Bounded LG VS930 To Be Known As LG Spectrum 2

LG VS930, the Verizon version of LG Optimus LTE 2, pictured in a leaked photos along with some rumors on its name. The folks over at TechnoBuffalo confirms that the upcoming LG VS930 from Verizon will be known as LG Spectrum 2 when it hit the shelves. The original first version of Spectrum from Verizon carried a model number VS920, and it was launched by Verizon back in January. The LG VS930 aka LG Spectrum 2 is supposed to be coming with a 4.7 inch True IPS HD display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RA, 16GB of internal memory, LTE and NFC support and an 8MP rear camera. Mid-Range Samsung Galaxy Reverb SPH-M950 For Sprint Spotted

Just recently, a mid range device Samsung Jasper caught our attention. The device was bounded to Verizon. Now one more device with almost same looks spotted by the same source EV Leaks but this time the device is targeted to Sprint, and there is name change also. The newly spotted device is known as Samsung Galaxy Reverb SPH-M950, offers some descent specifications. According to the source the device is coming up with 4 inch WVGA display, 1.4GHz single-core Qualcomm MSM8655 processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM and a 5MP rear camera & 1.3 MP front facing camera. No info on the 4G LTE connectivity. No details are available about when Sprint is going to release the device, but it seems like that it won't carry a huge price tag when the device hits Sprint, and probably it will come under $100. A press shot of Samsung's unannounced smartphone Samsung Jasper appeared on Twitter. The device with a model number SCH-I200 seems to be a mid-range smartphone, and is bound to Verizon Wireless. Even though it is in mid-range category, the core features are powerful, as it comes with a high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 SoC processor, Android 4.0 ICS, support for 4G LTE etc. The device offers a redesigned ICS-like menu key, and there will be a dedicated key for multitasking. Samsung Jasper comes with a WVGA display with 800 x 480 resolution, which makes it put down a little. We don't have any info on when Samsung planning to launch the device, but hope that we can see the device soon in the future.

Microsoft Windows Phone 8 RTM In September, Devices To Hit In November

Microsoft has already announced that their new OS Windows 8 will be launching on October 26, but what about Windows Phone 8? Well the latest news on the web points that the next generation mobile OS from Microsoft, Microsoft Windows RTM for manufacturers will be landing in September, and the devices with Windows Phone 8 flavors will debut in November. It seems like the Microsoft may not be releasing both the Operating Systems at the same time, may be to get attention for both Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 in different events. The thing is that Microsoft is still working hard on the Windows Phone 8. Sony Xperia GX Clears FCC

Sony Xperia GX, another Android smartphone from Sony, is set to release this summer in Japan. But the new reports from FCC points that the device has now made its turn in to FCC and is on its way to US too. We don't have any other more information such as when it is coming, or what will be the complete specification of the device etc. But one thing is pretty clear, it will soon make its way to the US smartphone market. Microsoft Set To Launch Windows 8 On October 26

Yes the date is confirmed, finally Microsoft officially announced the launching date for their upcoming OS Windows 8. BlackBerry Curve 9320 Is On Its Way To T-Mobile

BlackBerry Curve 9320 seems to be on its way to T-Mobile. A leaked screengrab of an internal T-Mobile system mentions on a device named BlackBerry Armstrong, and according to the source CrackBerry, the device will be none other than Curve 9320. The smartphone codenamed as the BlackBery 9320 aka 'BlackBerry Armstrong' aka 'Curve R049' is expected to be hitting the carrier on 26th of September, along with HTC Era 42. The budget priced 9.7-inch tablet from Archos the Archos 97 Carbon was spotted recently at FCC. The company had revealed the device back at the starting of this month, and was expected to launch by this month itslef. This may happen soon, as the final step of any device in United States, is to pass though FCC, and our Archos 97 Carbon did it well. The Archos 97 Carbon is an affordable tablet with some descent features. It is coming with Google Play pre-loaded. Samsung SPH-L300 Passed Through FCC Set To Land In Sprint's Network

A new device from Samsung, with a model number Samsung SPH-L300 knocked the door of FFC recently. The device seems to be a mid range one with some solid hardware features. The device first appeared on the web back in May , and revealed some of its specification via UA profile spotted over the net. The device seems to be offering the power of dual-core Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 SoC, and sports 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, WVGA display and of-course is mixed with the flavors of Android OS. Apple's Next Generation iPhone Not Yet Entered Into Production

Just two days ago we reported that the next generation iPhone has entered on to the production stage . But the latest news about the device is just contrary to it. According to the latest rumors, the device not yet entered in to its production, but still in its testing stage. The news points that the device is now at its EVT3, or the third ‘engineering verification test’, and have to go long miles to reach its production. Just after the EVT3, it will soon enter into ‘design verification test.’  Surely there will be approximately one month gap between the last EVT and the first DVT. Ok, whatever the design stage the device is in now, we can expect the device either by the end of September, or by the beginning of October, and also we expect the 4G LTE support and 1 GB of RAM, NFC and much more improvement than its predecessor. LG Cinema 3D D43P is one of the successfully running members in 3D TV market. Now LG has extended the LG Cinema 3D D43P family by adding two new members, LG Cinema 3D D2743P-BN and LG Cinema 3D D2343P-BN. Both the devices offers unlimited 3D experience without any additional special glasses. The monitors also offers an interesting Super Energy Saving feature that lets the device to save energy up to 49%. LG Cinema 3D D2743P-BN is a 27-inch device, where as LG Cinema 3D D2343P-BN is a 23-inch one. Both the devices offers 1920 x 1080 screen resolution, 5ms response time, 250cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 degree viewing angles and a dynamic contrast ratio of 5M:1. D-Sub, DVI-D, and HDMI are the I/O options included in the system. The monitors also features 2D to 3D conversion software to convert 2D videos into 3D with just a single click of button. Acer Liquid Gallant Duo With Dual SIM Support Landing Soon In UK

Just recently a new device from Acer was spotted at the Expansys website, and was reported to be coming on August 8. And that was the dual SIM capable Acer Liquid Gallant Duo, a new device in their Android Liquid smartphone series. But unfortunately the product page was quickly removed by the British retailer. But MoDaCo managed to collect some of the specifications and pictures of the device. It will offer 4.3 inch qHD display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, Wi-Fi and the support for MicroSD card. Acer Liquid Gallant Duo will be running on Android 4.0 ICS, and there will be a 1,500 mAh battery to power the show. The retailers mentioned that the device will be coming with a price tag of £148.99,(€189 or $232 approximately), when it lands the market. Verizon Branded LG Optimus Vu VS950 Spotted In The Wild

Verizon, the largest carrier in North America, is set to launch a new device from LG, the LG Optimus Vu VS950, a phablet like device that almost replicates Samsung Galaxy Note. At this point you may know that the Samsung's Galaxy Note is never going to hit Verizon. The source, AndroidPolice published some photos of the device with Verizon branding. The newly spotted device is expected to rock with the Verizon's 4G LTE network and will offer the flavors of Android 4.0 ICS. The device seems to be coming with features as in the international version, like a 5 inch display with 1024 x 768 pixels and a 4:3 aspect ratio, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 with Adreno 220 GPU (MSM8660), 1 GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, dedicated stylus pen, 8 MP rear camera and 1.3 MP front facing camera etc. No info on when Verizon is going to launch this LG Optimus Vu VS950 but it won't be too long. AT&T-Friendly Sony Xperia Tipo With 3G Showed Up At FCC

A new handset from Sony in their Xperia series has just passed through FCC. The device named  Xperia Tipo with a model number ST21a seems to be an affordable handset from Sony in its Xperia range. The smartphone appears to have a 3.2 inch HVGA scratch-resistant display. Other features includes 800MHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 2.9GB of internal memory and the storage option is expandable with the support of microSD card, 3.2MP rear camera, Wi-Fi, GPS and is running on Android 4.0 ICS. There will be a 1,500 mAh battery to power the device. The device has now showed up at FCC with a support for the 1900 / 850 MHz WCDMA connectivity that is compatible with AT&T’s 3G network. Acer introduced a new monitor Acer G226HQLbii for Japanese market. The new monitor keeps a thin and light profile, while offering some nice features. G226HQLbii measures just 14mm thin and weighs around 2 Kg only. The 21.5-inch monitor is coming with 1920 x 1080 full HD resolution, 1,000:1 typical contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time etc. It also offers 160/160 degree viewing angle. Samsung Prepping SGH-i687 As The First Windows Phone 8 Device For AT&T

Just recently Microsoft unveiled their latest mobile platform Windows Phone 8, and Samsung was one of the manufacturers, who announced their commitment to the Windows Phone 8. Now a new device with a model number SGH-i687 was discovered over at Samsung’s UAProf webpage. Samsung is cooking the device to hit AT&T as the first Windows 8 device for the carrier. Samsung's Focus 2 on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango platform was made for AT&T and carries a model number SGH-i667. So the new device will also be a candidate for AT&T. Hyundai Has Some Big Plans In Android Tablet Market, Cooking Up Three Tablets, 7", 9.7" & 10.1" Models

It seems like the Hyundai is having some serious plans to make profit out of the growing tablet industry. A Russian site Hi-Tech. Mail.ru reports about the company's plans on Android tablets and the interesting thing is that they are readying not one but three new tablets in different sizes, including a 7", 9.7" and a 10.1" models. They are named HT-7B, 9B-HT and HT-10B respectively. Hyundai HT-7B  HT-7B is the smallest in the series with a 7-inch 1024×600 display and features a 1 GHz processor, 0.3 MP camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, 4000 mAh battery etc. There will be 1 GB of RAM and up to 8 GB of built-in storage. The price will be around 7000 Russian Roubles, $180 approximately. There is also a 3G model, but you have to pay 8000 rubles extra for the model which is about $207.
