Alcatel One Touch View, the first Windows Phone device from Alcatel is now available in Russia. It will be coming with a price tag of 6990 Rubles (around $260). The phone is not coming with WP 8, rather it features WP 7.8, but it offers the colorful exterior, like most of the WP device. The device appeared in a promo video that shows some of the features.
The One Touch View features a 4 inch WVGA screen and uses a 1 GHz processor to power the device. Under the hood, there will be a 512 MB of RAM. The device offers a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash, and a secondary front-facing camera. Other features includes 4GB of internal memory, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 1,500 mAh battery.
