Spotted earlier this month in Mexican retailer list, the Nokia Lumia 505 is now official. The device has made its official appearance at Nokia Mexico’s website. As we had reported earlier, the smartphone will be landing on Mexico's Telcel network within a week, and seems to be an exclusive Windows Phone device that won't hurt your wallet.

As most of the Windows Phone devices, Nokia Lumia 505 also follows the strategy of colorful design, and the phone will be coming in three attractive colors, including red, black and pink. It runs on Windows Phone and will be the first handset from Nokia with that version of Windows OS.
The device offers a 3.7 inch display with 800 x 480 pixels, 800MHz single-core processor, 256MB of RAM, and an internal storage of 4GB. It also offers 7GB storage space on SkyDrive. There will be an 8MP rear camera with VGA video recording, but no front facing camera.

The features also includes Wi-Fi, 3G (850 / 1900 MHz), GPS, etc.
The Nokia Lumia 505 measures 118.1 x 61.2 x 11.3 mm and weighs around 131 grams. It draws power from a 1,300 mAh battery that can offer a talk-time of up to 7 hours, or a stand-by time of up to 600 hours.
No information on the exact launching date or the price details.
