While some of the iPad fans are still waiting to get hold of their dream device, here comes the news on the next generation iPad. The rumors claims that the iPad 5 or (or whatever its market name turns out to be) will be landing on March, with more appealing design.
Apple is planning to launch a thinner and lighter iPad with a design inspired from their iPad Mini. According to the leaks, the fifth generation iPad will sport a narrower portrait bezel and will be 4mm shorter, 16mm narrower, and 2mm thinner than its previous version. So will move more towards iPad Mini, than iPad 4.
The leaks also points about the next generation iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2, while keeping its same 7.9-inch display size. It will draw power from A6X SoC processor, and make a steep jump to Retina resolution (2048×1536). So you may get almost same features of iPad 4, with less price and light weight.
Seems like the latest generation iPad, the iPad 4, failed to make a buzz in the market, as the original iPad or its followers, and the company is now more focusing on just gradual evolution of their products without introducing any innovative technologies. So we may hope that the new generation iPad will silence the critics.
