The new Google Nexus 7 is now available in more countries internationally. Earlier the availability was limited to United States and Canada. Google Nexus 4 offered 25% discount at Google Play stores

Google have announces a 25% and more price cut on their nexus phone. This means the phone will be available with a starting price of $199 for the 8 GB model, while the 16 GB model will be priced $249. Google made the announcement through their official twitter profile. Industry observers believe that the move is intended to sell more phones when Apple is believed to launch a low cost iPhone 5C next month. Micromax has launched yet another device, and this time it is a phablet 5.7 inches wide. It was earlier known as Micromax A240. LG launches Samsung Homeboy 7 inch Tablet in Korea

You read it right. LG lauched a tablet named Homeboy, made by Samsung. Wondering how it is possible. It is possible because LG is also a network provider in Korea. So that clears the air. Now, coming to the device, it appears to be a rebranded version of Galaxy tab 7.0 meant to be used at home. Homeboy can be a replacement to the Amazon Kidle. Sony Xperia Honami may show up before IFA Berlin on Sept. 4

With so much in offer, Sony Xperia Honami has already gained the attention of gadget lovers. The rumors have been hitting regularly in the columns, all pointing to healthy features and specifications. However the highlight of the phone is its proposed 20MP rear camera. Micomax is introducing a new phablet, Micromax A240, with 5.7 inch wide screen. The price of the phone will be around Rs.18000 at the launch and may be announced early next week. Asus MeMo Pad FHD 10 and MeMo Pad HD 7 launches in Germany, France,Japan

MeMo Pad FHD 10 and MeMo Pad HD 7 are now available in Europe and Japan. Though the devices are launched in Germany and France, people in other European countries, including UK, will have to wait little longer to get their hands on these devices unless they buy from the German and French sites. At Amazon German store the  Asus MeMo Pad FHD 10  is priced at €360.57 ($476) , and Asus MeMo Pad HD 7 is priced  €149 ($197) . The devices are also available from the Asus Japan website . ASUS MeMO Pad FHD 10 LTE specification video is released by Asus, a short while ago. The video, that appears to be commercial shoot for the device, shows much of the specifications and features of the tablet. The specifications shown in the video just hits the surface, and does not go into the details. ASUS MeMO Pad FHD 10 LTE  is 9.9mm thick and weighs  572g. Ubuntu Edge crowd funding interest drying up?

As the deadline date approaches the interest to fund the Ubuntu Edge smartphone project seems to die  K737HSZYGTNS. It all started well with a record breaking initial start. If the makers fails to do something to attract more funds before 21st August 2013, the project is destined to be called off. Ubuntu had earlier made it clear that if they fail to  raise the targeted $32 million there will be no edge phone.
