Samsung Galaxy Note III is most probably the next important release from Samsung this year. Though there are speculations going around for sometime about the proposed specifications of the device, they never came from trusted sources.
This time it is again the turn of Sammobile to leak the specs of Samsung Galaxy Note III. Sammobile says the specs of the device comes from a trusted Samsung insider, and most of the times they are right about releasing the news of the Samsung device.
Samsung Galaxy Note III seems to have at least two models of Note III -- (SM-N900 & SM-N9005). Not all specifications are known about each of these variants. These two, however, shares some common specs like the screen size, operating system, display resolution, battery and camera.
From the leaked specifications Samsung Galaxy Note III SM-N900 will feature a 5.68 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It will be powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor along with RM Mali-T628 MP6 GPU. RAM size is yet to be confirmed. The device will be available in 16/32/64GB internal storage options, and can be expanded using a microSD card. Rear camera will be 13 MP with optical image stabilization. SM-N900 will feature a 3,200 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy Note III SM-N9005 will have almost similar specifications. Display is the same 5.68 inch Full HD Super AMOLED (1920 x 1080). The CPU and GPU processors are yet to be confirmed for this model. This variant will feature 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. LTE connectivity will be an added feature in SM-N9005. Battery, internal storage options and camera will be the same as that of the SM-N900.
