Nokia N8 Will Be Hitting On August 25th In UK?

The long awaited super phone fron the Finnish company Nokia, Nokia N8 will be hitting UK on 25 of August 2010. The device is expected to hit little bit early as already some reports indicates the releasing date for Nokia N8 is confirmed for Germany and it is on August 24th. The device has appeared on Vodafone UK's website which also make us to believe that the Nokia lovers will get the handset even sooner. Anyway the Brits have to be patient for them to get N8 in hands. Gigabyte Announced 11.6-Inch M1125 - A Convertible Notebook With Intel Core i-Series

As Computex is just one week ahead Gigabyte revealed a new notebook, 11.6-inch convertible device, M1125 powered by Intel Calpella series (recently announced core i series processors). This ultra thin M1125 is coming with touch screen display, but the exact sort of touch screen is not specified. Although not much more specifications are available about the device, it is coming with an optional docking station that includes an optical disk drive, audio in/out, ethernet, VGA, USB 3.0. Anyway more details about the device is revealed in computex next week. So let's wait upto next week to know more about the device.

Samsung Announced Samsung N230 With A Stylish Design

Samsung announced a new netbook Samsung N230, a stylishly designed netbook with 10.1-inch display. The device got a faux-aluminium palm rest, glossy lid, rimless chiclet keyboard, chrome hinges etc. But specification wise it seems like there is not much exciting about the gadget. There is another new model from Acer Aspire One family. The latest device Aspire One 533 was spotted on the web. The new model got a thin and stylish design with a 10.1-inch display. The device is looking more beautiful with its chrome plated track pad button. The chrome plating is also done on the lid near the battery. Samsung is coming up with two new devices Samsung B7722/B7702, Samsung's first devices which is coming with 3G in a dual SIM device. The devices are heading to Asia, Africa and Europe. MeeGo v1.0 For Netbooks And N900 Is Available For Download

MeeGo V1.0 for the netbooks and Nokia N900 series is released officially. MeeGo V1.0 got several advanced features like support of Qt 4.6 and an integrated application development environment along with other various OS tools. The Google Chrome support is also incorporated in this version. They are also planning to include the Fennec Mobile Browser for the handset version which is going to be released in June. The first symbian ^3 smartphone from Nokia, the Nokia N8 will be available to the UK customers exclusively via Vodafone UK. Android 2.2 To Be Rolled Out In T-Mobile My Touch Next Week?

After Google announced their Android 2.2 Froyo officially, HTC officially announced the details about the updation to Froyo for their devices, that the Android devices launched in 2010 will get Froyo updation by the second half of this year itself.At that time T-Mobile's myTouch 3G was also mentioned in the list. But now according to some anonymous sources, myTouch 3G is expected to get Android 2.2 updates in next week itself, but the updates are available for the T-Mobile staff only for the testing purpose. myTouch 3G the sixth Android device from T-Mobile USA is available for $179.99 for a two year contract with the features like full QWERTY keyboard, HVGA touchscreen display, GPS, Wi-Fi, Swype, 5 MP camera etc. The customers have to wait atleast upto second half of this year to get Android 2.2 updates. HP Rolled Out New LCD Series

HP outed four new LCD displays, ranging from 20inches to 27-inches. The displays are 2010i, 2210m, 2310m and 2210m respectively. All the devices will be available for customers starting from today itself. The display 2010i got 1600 x 900 and all the other display has the resolution 1920 x 1080. The 2010i is coming with a 20-inch display and the specification includes 5ms response time, contrast ration of 1,000:1, and 250 nits brightness. The specifications of the device also includes HDCP-compliant, VGA and DVI-D inputs along with audio. The 2210m is a 21.5-inch LCD display also got the same contrast and HDMI inputs but the response time is little bit different from the 2010i. The 2210m got a response time of 2.5ms. HTC Wildfire Is Coming To Vodafone UK In June Itself

The HTC Wildfire was first announced by Vodafone in U.K, and then T-Mobile took that position and announced that they are going to launch the device in June 14. Toyota Prius Alpha Will Be Launching Next Year ?

As a part of expanding the Prius line up, Toyota added first model to the series. The compact MPV named as Alpha, is designed based on the streched version of current Prius platform. The car has also added a third row seats and will be coming with lithium ion battery pack. The new car is longer than current Prius version, almost one feet longer than the current Prius hatchback. The Alpha is coming with 7 seat arrangements, a five seat version which also looks similar to the new Alpha, with nickel-metal hydrid batteries of the current Prius is also possible to cut the cost down. Nokia And Yahoo Announced Their Partnership Globally

Nokia and Yahoo announced their partnership, the strategic alliance which was known as Project Nike previously. This will help both of the companies to 'leverage strengths in e-mail, instant messaging, maps and navigation across PC and mobile devices'. As this collaboration becomes public officially, Yahoo now become an exclusive provider of Nokia's Ovi mail and Ovi chat service. And also Nokia's Ovi Maps service will now become an exclusive provider of Yahoo's navigation and Maps services. Nokia's Ovi chat and Ovi Mail is now rebranded as Ovi mail powered by Yahoo. HTC Desire Is Getting Android 2.2 Froyo In June?

Google officially announced its latest Android OS Android 2.2 Froyo just recently. And as we expected the Froyo already rolled out in Google's Nexus One. Other manufactures also claims the updation will be soon available for their devices. According to Phandroid the HTC Desire (very similar to Nexus One) is getting Android 2.2 in the next month itself. Exactly on June 23rd. Lenovo Previewed ThinkCentre M90z

The Lenovo has always come up with some new and innovative ideas, and the designers at Lenovo says that “we want as many crazy ideas as we can come up with.” And now the company is previewing up a new device known as ThinkCentre M90z, an all-in-one touch screen device. As per the requirements of customers, they are coming up with two versions of the M90z. One of them with a basic desktop stand with adjusts for tilt only, not with adjustable height. Nokia Starts Countdown For N8's July Launch

HTC already announced that the Android devices released by HTC in 2010 will get Froyo updates in second half of this year itself. But the first device to get Froyo update will supposed to be Google's Nexus One. According to the offcial Google IO Twitter account, Android 2.2 will arrive soon in Nexus One may be within few weeks.

The updation will be available later in this year itself, may be starting from the second half of 2010. Three New Samsung Devices From T-Mobile U.S.A

T-Mobile USA is readying three new devices manufactured by the Samsung, mobile giant from South Korea. As you think this is not a suprise as most of the phones manufactured by Samsung is available at T-Mobile. The three devices are Samsung T669, Samsung T359 and Samsung T479. The Samsung T669 is a touch screen device and the specifications includes TouchWiz UI, sliding QWERTY keyboard, 2MP camera etc. Samsung T479 is almost same as Samsung Gravity2 and it is called Gravity3 as it is an updation to the Gravity 2.
