Skype announced the details about a new monthly calling subscription. These new offer cheaper and is available for around 170 countries of the world including both mobile and land line phones.
The new subscription plans starting from $1.09 (€0.89 or £0.69) per month with call rate of $.01 of (€0.01 or £.01) per minute. The skype is also provide a number of options for customers to choose like 1-month, 3- month or 12-month plans according to customers interest.
The customers can also avail a package which includes 60-unlimited minutes calling and can also use Skype’s Pay As You Go option.
According to details available the skype calling will contribute 12% of the total international calling and also as the company made deals with some telecom providers like Verizon and Nokia we can expect a great improvement in this percentage.
