HTC Desire 600 was seen in India early this month, but there was no price mentioned for the device. Now the device is officially launched in India for Rs. 26,990. It is a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) phone.
HTC Desire 600 belongs to the mid range category. It is powered by 1.2 GHz snapdragon 200 processor along with 1 GB RAM. There is 8 GB expandable internal storage. The 4.5 inch LCD 2 display offers 540 x 960 pixel resolution. It features 'BoomsSound,' a feature that is found on HTC One. It also features the Beats audio integration. The above mentioned features when combined with the dual front speakers offers a great audio experience.
Connectivity options of HTC Desire 600 includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G. It runs on Android 4.0 OS with Sense UI and blinkfeed, and other software features that are found on HTC one. The phone can now be purchased from the online retailer Saholic.

Going forward HTC is launching more mid rangers world wide incorporating the good features of their 'One' and 'Desire' family phones, a strategy that is found working well on the sales figures.
