Nexus One features entirely in-house software and the hardware will be manufactured by HTC for Google. The device uses Google's own Android 2.1 operating system and runs on Snapdragon processor.

The attractive features includes a 3.5 inch high resolution OLED touch screen, two mics, large camera, and is thinner than iPhone. There is no physical keyboard in the Nexus one, if you are not interested in a touch screen keyboard the voice-to-text feature is there to help you, which prints the spoken words directly in to the phone. The background mic eliminates noise from surroundings.

The sad news is that it won't be available in this holiday season but the phone will only be hitting the stands in January 2010. Google branded Nexus One will be sold by Google themselves and through retailers. It won't be sold by any one carrier as it is an unlocked GSM phone. However there is no mention about the price anywhere.

The most recent rumor about the device is that the spy shots are in action along with some UMTS/HSDPA details. FCC filing shows that the nexus will support T-Mobile 3G along with quadband GSM/EDGE.

But as per the triband radio as it listed earlier it support I, IV, and VIII bands, it also includes AT&T support too, but the AT&T has not yet confirmed and T-Mobile users will be fine.
