Even though the full specifications of Google Chrome OS, which moves all the app and data into your web browser is not available, The Register suggest that the Chrome OS will be coming with a remote desktop feature unofficially named chromoting. This feature offers the user to access legacy PC applications from the browser
Google software engineer Gary Kacmarcík confirms the Chromating facility incorporated in the Chrome OS. He gives only few details about this feature and says "We're adding new capabilities all the time, With this functionality (unofficially named 'chromoting'), Chrome OS will not only be [a] great platform for running modern web apps, but will also enable you to access legacy PC applications right within the browser."
The accessing of remote app through web facility is provided by some applications like LogMeIn and GoToMyPC. But we may expect something new when it is offered by Google. Let's wait for the exclusive OS.
