Cedar Trail Powered Asus Eee PC X101CH Is Available Now

Even in the era of tablets and Ultrabooks, ASUS dared to come out with a new netbook with Cedar Trail processing power, for those who still thinks that netbook is the best way to go. The new Asus Eee PC X101CH is the first device from the company with Cedar Trail power, and it offers you a better performance and graphics compared to the Pine Trail powered devices.


The company is offering the device for a price of less than $280, and many retailers has listed the device but with different price tag. New EGG is offering the device for $279.99 where as SuperBiiz and Adorama both of them offering a better deal, and listed the device for $269.99.


The device as we said is powered by dual-core, 1.6 GHz, Intel Atom N2600 processor and coming with 10.1-inch display device with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, a VGA webcam on the top of the device, 1GB of memory, a 320GB hard drive, HDMI port, Windows 7 Starter Edition, 3-cell, 23 W/h battery.


The 3-cell battery seems to be a little bit of the device, but no need to worry as it offers around 4.5 hours of battery life.
