Acer have announced that they are bringing 5 new monitors to United States. These new monitors would be named S23HL,S235HL,S230HL Abd, S230HL Abii and S271HL. The price would range from $139 to $329 for the sizes 20 to 27 inches. Some of these monitors are expected in April while some are available in stores now.
All these monitors are High definition LED monitors capable of displaying 1080p videos. The ultra slim model S235HL is just half an inch thick and has an asymmetrical stand which already won iF designing award. The contrast ratio of the monitors are 100,000,000:1 and it helps to radiate the bright white and deep blacks.
The Acer S235HL LCD monitor which is priced at $219 will be available at the retail stores in April according to the press release from Acer. The Acer S200HL abd monitor is already available at stores in United States. The price of the monitor is just $139. The display device has a 1600x 900 resolution in its LED backlit monitor and has two ports for inputs namely the VGA and DVI. The size of the monitor is 20-inches.
The Acer S 230 HL devices, the abd and abii are 23-inch monitors. The monitors are ideal for multimedia functionality as they offer a higher resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. In Acer S230HL Abd there is a VGA input and a DVI with HDCP option where as in abii there are two HDMI ports besides the VGA Port. Price of S230HL Abd is $169 but the abii version is little bit more costly at $189.
Acer S271 is a 27 inch wide monitor which is really a big monitor going by the standards. The monitor offers 1920x1080 pixel resolution display. HDMI and VGA with HDCP support are available in the device. It is ideal for viewing High definition multimedia files such as the movies. The monitor will be available from April on wards for a price of $329.
