Quad-core Powered Acer Iconia Tab A510 Android Tablet Goes Official

Want to enjoy the quad-core Tegra 3 tablet experience, here we got one more option for you, apart from Asus Transformer Prime. Acer Iconia Tab A510 brings the quad-core power with NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor to a tablet after the transformer prime. After debuting first in CES this year where the device was announced officially and it is already listed for pre-order in US and Canada.


Moving forward, the 10-inch screen rocks with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and the memory options include 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. Besides that the device also sports a five mega pixel camera on the back side and one mega pixel on the front side for video chat. The rear camera offers “HD” video recording may be at 720p.


Acer have packed the device with 9,800mAh battery that offers 12 hours of video playback. Rest of the features includes a a microSD card slot for up to 32GB of storage, HDMI and microUSB, and also the top of the list, it is shipping with Android 4.0 ICS.


No words on the exact releasing date for the device, but the tablet carries a price tag of $449.99.
