The rumors on the upcoming flagship device from Samsung, the successor of their Galaxy SII and the long awaited Samsung Galaxy SIII, is heating up. Now the details on the processor used to power the device emerges, and this time the possibility of the rumor is more to hit than a miss, as this time it is coming from Samsung officials.
According to The Korea Times “a high-ranking company executive” claims that Samsung Galaxy S III will use in-house made quad core processor, Exynos as the heart of the device.
Built with 32nm process the new processor will offer better battery life and improved performance compared to the current 45nm technology. It also provides almost 50% extra battery life and 25% better performance as compared to the current model Exynos line. So we can see a faster and better Galaxy series. The new Exynos also offers built-in LTE support.
