Who will first unwrap the first ever Windows 8 tablet? Do you have any idea? Now it seems like the competition is going to be little bit tough because Dell announced that they will release the Windows 8 based tablet the same day when Windows 8 ships to customers. But the rumors are heating up and more manufacturers are entering into the ground. Latest to the list is Lenovo, who internally plans to be the first company to bring a Windows 8-based tablet to the martket, and that too may be in October, as they believe that the OS will start shipping from October.

There is not much more details available about the device now, but most probably it would be powered by Intel Core processor and the source point outs that there may be a chance for the 13.3-inch Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga, with an attached keyboard on a 360-degree hinge to flip the machine into a laptop configuration, to turn into a Windows 8 device, but all these are speculations and no accurate details are available now.
Apart from Dell and Lenovo the companies like HP, ASUS and Nokia are all ready for a fight in Windows 8 tablet. So stay tuned for more spicy rumors on this tablet segment.
