Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD Gains FCC Approval For A Possible August Launch

Last month the 10-inch Android 4.0 tablet from Huawei, MediaPad 10 HD appeared in a teaser video, and was said to be launching officially by the end of August, most probably in Asia first. Now it seems like the device is planning to enter in to US market too, as it making its way to the US market, by clearing the FCC testings.




The 10-inch MediaPad is expected to be the flagship device for the Chinese makers, and it is coming with a quadcore power. The interesting thing is that the Huawei has used the native 1.5GHz Huawei K3V2 processor to power the device, that offers a 16 graphics processing core. The 10-inch IPS display of the tablet is coming with 1920 x 1200 resolution, and there will be a 2GB of memory, 8Mp rear camera, 24.4 Whr battery, etc available from the system.


The tablet measures 8.mm thickness, and comes with a metallic case design. The device will be available in both Wi-Fi and 4g LTE models, and for now the Wi-Fi only model clears the FCC, and the 4G model is on the way.
