LG Optimus G To Offer Home Made Brighter True HD Display & Longer Life Cycle Battery

Just recently we heard about LG's plan on a flagship smartphone, named as Lg Optimus G, now the company itself has started talking about the device. According to the company spokesman – “the G in the name stands for 'great,’ and such confidence isn’t irrational… So far, LG has been underdog in smartphones. But we are sure to eat up more market share with the Optimus G.”

Anyway LG is prepping the device as a Galaxy S III killer, and packs so many premium features including quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor and LTE connectivity. Apart from these LG is cooking up the device with a number of home-made ingredients.

The battery used in the device is developed by LG Chem subsidiary, that “… provides more power than any other similar sized batteries by running 60 percent more efficiently” and go through 800 charging cycles before going bonkers, while the regular battery offers 500 charging cycles. Now comes the display part, the 4.7-inch True HD IPS+ 320 ppi display with 1280x768px resolution is developed by company's own Display subsidiary, that is brighter, thinner, less power hungry and and doesn't have any screen burn-in problem that happens with an AMOLED display.

Let's wait to know more on the device.
