Back in last month a mid range smartphone from Motorola caught our attention. The device with a model number XT907 was showing its back side with a unique Kevlar design. It was supposed to be a member of Motorola's DROID RAZR family.
Now the device has visited the FCC laboratories and spend some nice moments with the folks over FCC. IT is set to hit the Verizon's 4G network, and the FCC visit reveals its NFC along with Verizon friendly EV-DO/CDMA radio support.

Even though the FCC visit does not point to a next week release, there may still be some chance for that. Verizon is set to launch two new big fishes including the next generation iPhone and also Motorola DROID RAZR HD, so the Droid RAZR lovers may see the mid-range Motorola XT907 some times in the next few weeks.
