Sony is launching a classy multitasking digital photo frame with a built-in printer. The DPP-F700 as it is to be known was announced last month. This sleek 7-inch WVGA display is expected to hit the markets in January.
In this all-in-one stylish photo frame you can view, edit, crop, enlarge, zoom in, hit Screen Capture and also fine-tune brightness/contrast/hue/sharpness of your photo in the frame itself.
The creative print mode allows you to make a calender with pictures. More than 30 templates are available. You can also take a glossy print out of 4 x 6 inch professional quality with 300 x 300 dpi in seconds.
Flexibility is achieved by multiple play back options like display as a single image, slide show with 10 built in transitions or as thumbnails for easy search. These modes and their functions are controlled with a remote control. The sleeky S-frame supports JPEG, TIFF, and BMP formats. With an internal memory of one gigabyte and a auto-adjustemnt to downsize the photos helps you to store upto 2000 photos.
