MTube is coming with this new device to decorate your living room. The latest touch screen device from MTube is not just a mobile phone or a netbook. It is a combination of both as it seems to be. It is basically a touch screen multimedia device to modify and entertain your living rooms.
With a 7.6 inch OLED display and ARAM processor it offers wireless streaming to your television and also provides internet access. The touch screen offers options to send and receive videos and images to and from your television.There is however no information available about the mode of communication between the MDI and television. It seems like the WIFI receiver connects the MTube with HDMI ports of the TV, or may be through some sort of UWB wireless system. MTube is in negotiations for integrating a receiver into displays.
From the demo it seems like the MTube MID is not yet ready for the prime time viewing as we find the demo unit crashing mid-way. And also there is no words on its releasing date. We have to wait further for this device from MTube.
