Yamaha unveiled a new concept in biking design, Yamaha EC-f, a zero emission small electric motor cycle for city dwellers which offers a green riding, in Tokyo motor show 2009.
The Ec-F gets its exterior from a light weight aluminium. The electric motor takes power from a long lasting lithium-ion battery. This little eco friendly bike takes its power from a 0.6Kwh electric motor. The Ec-F does not require any special outlet for charging as the battery can be recharged from any standard AC outlets.
No word about the release date, and exactly how far the EC-f can travel on a single charge is unknown. But it is sure that this small eco-friendly zero emission bike can offer a great riding experience for all ages and experience levels.
