Designed by Pietro Gottardi, Sebastiano Ercoli, Marta Loureiro, and Andrea Grassi, TEL (Trasporto Elettrico Leggero/Light Electric Transport) is a three wheeler light high performance electric vehicle meant for service companies and public administrators.
The vehicle design is interesting with two front wheel and a rear wheel. The rear wheel is free to pivot to follow the directions of front wheels. The vehicle uses an electric differential and has got two driving positions, a seated position and a distinguished leaning position against a specific seat back. The second position is to give more comfortable driving for those who are mostly on road, and it takes the inspiration from tram driver seats.
