ASUS Eee PC 1001PX, the modified version of ASUS Eee PC 1001P is now got an official live product page in ASUS global product pages. The device is now available only in Europe. No details about the availability in other parts of the world. The only difference between the Eee PC 1001PX and Eee PC 1001P is the addition of Windows XP OS, a 3-cell battery and an Express Gate. The 3-cell battery can provide charge upto 4.5 hours. The device will be available in black, blue and white colors with the same matte display and checkered matte lid and palm rest as in Eee PC 1001P. Here comes an 'Energy Lock' for all your plug-in objects which sucks power even when you are not using it. Designed by Young Suk Kim this energy lock automatically turns off your device after your requirements, you just need to set the time you want to work with the device. The technology behind this machine is very simple. It only requires a timer, which is similar to the one you are using in oven. Plug in your plug and turn it as a crank. Just recently Acer outed their Aspire One 532h in a new matte display along with some advanced features like integrated UTMS modem. But now Acer have shown up a new model of Aspire One 532h in Japan. But the new version is not coming with a matte display or a UTMS Modem. Gigabyte G1305 Codfish which had already caught our radar earlier this month now clears its Bluetooth certification from Bluetooth SIG. This new Android based smartphone from the Taiwanese based company will be launched soon and it seems like this smartphone will be hitting the Orange. The rumors floating around the net indicates that Samsung's Galaxy S i9000 which was announced recently at CTIA 2010 is now getting a full QWERTY keyboard. The Galaxy S i9000's new look will be called as Galaxy Pro. The reports over HDblog.it indicates that the new device will be almost same as Galaxy S. The two devices are almost same in features like the 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display, GPS, Wi-Fi, 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor, Android 2.1 and 5 mega pixle camera etc. We don't have any pictures of the new device now. The following picture is just a mock-up version of the device. If the report is true the new device will be hitting the market in late summer after the entry of Galaxy S i9000 into the market.

Asus's famous and attractive Designo series is there since last September when it was first launched in European markets. But today it made its first appearance in Australia, and Asus announced the device for Australia with some added features. The Designo series of LED backlit computer screens includes MS238 and the MS228. The two devices is coming with some common features like 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 2ms gray to gray response times, etc. Both of the displays are eco-friendly and they lower CO2 emissions by 23.6kg and reduce the annual energy consumption up to 45%. They only differ in their screen sizes. The MS238H is a 23-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution and can display upto 16.7M colors with 250cd/m2 brightness. The device connectivity includes HDMI out and VGA out. The MS228H is a 21.5-inch display with same brightness, color and resolution as in MS238H. The price for MS238H starts from $599 and for MS228H it is from $499 (Australian Dollars).

LG BL40 , a chocolate touch phone which was already revealed in last september is now again unveiled in Russia, but this time the device is coming in a different look with some added modifications. This chocolate touch phone is now coming with gold pattern accents. The device is not coming with 8 mega pixel camera, but instead of that the new edition has got a 5-megapixel camera with Schneider Kreuznach lens. As you know Samsung is a prestigious name in the field of manufacturing all sorts of storage and memory products for business machines and also for consumers. Now the company is coming up with its memory modules built using 40nm technology for server systems. These memory modules features very high capacity of storage and have 32 GB of memory in a single RDIMM module, which is particularly designed to use in server environments. The chip has got a two time increase in its capacity when compared to the 16GB 2GB modules which was launched last year. Using this RDIMM module with its new 40nm technology, and 4Gb DDR 3 will make a dual CPU server to have upto 384GB of RAM. The company also claims that replacing 12 16 GB DRAM with six 32GB will reduce the power usage by 40% and 32% increase in speed in a server. The company will start the mass production of this chipset by next month.

Acer is giving a new face to its Aspire One 532h lineup by revealing the device in a new matte display. The device is also coming with an integrated UMTS modem. The specifications are almost similar to its predecessor except the lack of Bluetooth and an additional UMTS modem as we said earlier. BlackBerry Pearl is geting a budget friendly edition in the form of 9100 model. More features of BlackBerry Pearl 9100 which was already appeared in some photos, leaked out. Tag Heuer plans to release a limited Edition coffret as a part of its 150th anniversary celebrations. Company is planning to unveil this officially during the Baselworld Watch and Jewelry Show in Switzerland and is scheduled to be made available for purchase  in April. Quanta Computer passes a new device, QW6 through FCC yeaterday. The new device's user manual is not revealing any more details about the device. Hitachi Japan is coming up with 11 new TVs in Plasma and LCD line ups. The new list include 4 plasma TVs and seven LCD TVs. The new set includes XP05, HP05 and H05 series. The device will be available in attractive colors for those who are fed up with black. Heading the list is the new range of XP05 series which will be available in 42-inch, 46-inch and also 50-inch models. Also a 32-inch and 37-inch is available in this series. All the XP05 devices are coming with a 320 GB HDD inside. The price will range maximum upto $3650. Nokia already announced Nokia C5, the first device in their C series two weeks ago. Now the rumors about the second handset is floating around the internet and it has already appeared in photos. According to rumors, the second device is supposed to be Nokia C6 and not Nokia Mystic as already reported. Samsung is sending press invites to bloggers and journalists for a scheduled event in Las Vegas in which they are going to reveal their mysterious product called 'S Life.' Samsung saying about the new product as it is “as much a feeling as it is an incredible achievement” and will bring “enrichment through technology and simplicity through innovation." No more details are available about 'S Life'. We don't know what is S Life and also what feeling it will bring to us? Whether it will be a another Bada based hand set? Advanced Micro Devices is planning to release a new chipset particularly designed for netbooks. The new processor will be a rival to Intel's Atom processor and to ARM based chipsets. The processor is coming to their Fusion line up and will be relesed sometime in 2011 The 'Fusion' is an integration of CPU cores with graphics processor and there is no need of an extra graphic processor in the upcoming processor. There is not much detail available about the processor but it supposed to be run in 10-15 watt range. The processor is focused on 10-12 inch netbooks and notebooks.

The first e-reader from Samsung, Samsung E-6, which was already showcased at CES 2010 in January is now ready to launch in US. The 6-inch e-reader is coming soon to hit US markets. The device features a 6-inch E-ink display which will support the inputs from an EMR (electromagnetic resonance) pen. The pen will let the users to add annotations, and to take down notes etc. The other features include a 2GB internal memory with microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0, MP3 player, ePUB/PDF/TXT support, Emolink technology, text-to-speech, Wi-Fi , and is also coming with a scheduler with Outlook sync support. The device also supports LendMe technology which allows the user to lend the e-book for 14-days free of charge. Samsung partnered with Barnes & Noble to sell the e-book and it will be available for $299.

It seems like that ZTE is cooking up a new device which features a rugged design that can withstand all external influences. The device is supposed to be coming with a code name ZTE-J G380. That is the only information available about the device. Apparently it has got a same form factor and design concept which we already have seen in some rugged phones. Just few months after Microsoft Windows 7 hit the market and store shelves, the rumors indicates that Microsoft team is working on technical documentation for Windows 8. But there is no words available from Microsoft about Windows 8, and keeping development of Windows 8 client and Windows 8 Server to a minimun leak, and it is supposed like the company is already developing technical documentation for Windows 8 for the US Department of Justice. According to Softpedia around 500 microsoft employees are working on the MCPP technical documentation. They are not ready to unveil any details about Windows 8 as it may lead to draw attention from Window 7. We’ll bring more details about Windows 8 as soon as new valuable informations comes to light.

Asus updated their Eee PC 1005PE laptop. The new model features a sleek case design with a painted textured lid. The design is almost same as in the Eee PC 1001P. The device is now available in US and is coming in a black color only. The device is coming with a 10.1-inch glossy display with 1024 x 600 resolution which you already saw in the Eee PC 1005PE-PU17. However the new device won't be having the matte palm rest as in Eee PC 1001p line up. The specifications seems to be almost same as its predecessor. With the same Intel Atom N450 processor(1.66 GHz), Windows 7 starter edition, 250GB hard drive and 1 GB RAM, and a 6-cell battery. The Evernote Android applications which lets users to record audio, create notes, snap photos and to clip web pages, is coming in some select upcoming Android devices from Samsung. Samsung already provided this feature in Behold II from T-Mobile in USA. Now it will be pre installed in selected upcoming devices. With the help of this feature you can easily find any note which you created previously and can synchronise with desktop, web and phone. The Evernote app will be available for free. But Samsung is also offering some premium service which will add some additional functionality. Google announced the biking direction feature in Google Maps. The feature is now available for desktop version only. But Google is also planning this feature for the mobile version too.
