The rumored Acer Calpella is now got a clear picture. The Calpella will be the company's new range of ultraportable speedy notebooks with Intel's latest Core i-Series. Gianfranco Lanci, Acer CEO announced about the device recently at investors conference
It is expected to be faster than their SU-Series processors and provides more than 8 hours of battery life. It is also rumored that Acer is planning to launch the series in three different sizes 13-inch, 14-inch and 15-inch. Whatever the display size the designing focus is to reduce the thickness. Since the name of the devices are yet to be revealed, the series will be code named as 'Calpella Slim line'. Let's wait for more details about the devices.
