3M announced the unveiling of a 10 finger multi-touch LCD display at CES 2010. This multi touch display snappily named M2256PW, is an HD 22-inch 10 finger multi touch display with 1680x1050 resolution and is aimed at professionals or anyone who needs 10 finger inputs with fast response time.
It is compatible with Windows 7 and offers software for Xp, Linux, Vista. The connectivity options includes USB ports, DVI and VGA, audio inputs etc.
The price of the device is not announced yet. We expect it to be revealed at CES 2010. 3M will also show some conceptual applications that are under development. Let's wait for more details.
