CES 2010: HP Announced HP Pavilion Elite HPE Desktops With Windows 7 & Compaq L2105tm multitouch LCD

Hewlett Packard (HP) announced a Windows 7 desktop PC and a multi-touch capable 21.5-inch LCD monitor at CES 2010. HP Pavilion Elite HPE desktop is coming with different processor configurations and also in different names.

Elite HPE is coming with an AMD Phenom II 925, HPE-120f with Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300, HPE-130f with AMD Phenom II 955 and also HPE-170f with Intel Core i7-920. Other features includes a DVD burner,  NVIDIA/ATI graphics, gigabit ethernet and WiFi a/g/n. Desktops are coming with a storage upto 1 TB and various levels of RAM upto 24 GB.

HP Compaq L2105tm is the first optical touch monitor from HP. It offers a 1920 x 1080 display resolution with 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The HP Compaq L2105tm is already available for aprice tag of $299.

HP Pavilion Elite HPE desktops are expected to hit the markets by the end of January.
