The Sony's Vaio Y series too have joined their high performance notebook line-up at CES 2010. The device features 13.3-inch LED backlit display and Intel Core Duo ULV processor. The LED backlit display helps to reduce the power consumption and the machine promises seven hours of battery life.
The device offer RAM upto 8 GB and up to 500GB of storage space. The specifications includes Bluetooth with A2DP, integrated Motion Eye camera and mic, WiFi(802.11 b/g/n), Intel GMA HD for graphics etc. The 13.3 inch display has a resolution of 1366 x 768. And an elegant look is provided by the magnesium casing.
The device is available now for pre-order and will start shipping by the end of January for a price of $999.
