Samsung Ativ Odyssey is an affordable Windows Phone 8 handset from Samsung rumored to land on Verizon's network on January 24. As it is rumored the company is officially announcing the device on January 24 itself.

If you want to enjoy the Windows Phone 8 experience, but not prepared to spend huge, then the device is for you. Verizon is planning to offer the device for $50 after a $50 mail-in rebate and of course you have to sign a two-year contract with the carrier.
This 4" device was originally announced in last fall on Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 launch event. It offers a 1.5GHz dual-core processor,4” WVGA Super AMOLED screen, 5MP camera with 1080p video capture, 1.2-megapixel shooter in front, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal memory, 2,100 mAh removable battery etc.
